Olive cocktail

Ingredients: Olives 55% (black, green and stuffed with pepper paste (water, peppers, salt, thickeners: sodium alginate, guar gum, firming agent: calcium chloride, preservative: potassium sorbate)), sunflower seed oil 36%, peppers, salt, wine vinegar, spices, aromatic herbs, acidity regulators: citric acid, lactic acid, antioxidant: ascorbic acid. Allergens: Sulphites (peppers). May contain traces of celery. May contain pits or pit fragments.

Perfect as an aperitif nibble with a good glass of Tuscan white wine. Try adding them to stuffed focaccia or to Mediterranean salads with tomatoes, cucumbers and feta.
