Montalbano is certified according to the most stringent international food safety standards, such as BRC – GSFS (British retail Consortium – Global Standard for Food Safety) version 7 and IFS (International Food Standard) version 6. Montalbano has other prestigious certifications, such as those for organic and vegan production, and those for the safety and health of workers ISO 45001.
